16 Players on the team sheet, plus manager & assistant & club secretary & physio have free entry (that’s 20).

Kiosk in the stadium open for beverages, bacon & sausage rolls

Hot & cold drinks – Coffee £1.20, Bassett Pies (from Crumps) £2.50, Soup £1, Bacon Roll £2.00.

ADMISSION CHARGE
*** CASH ONLY *** (no contactless here sorry). To cover the costs of the ground we do need to charge what we think is a nominal sum. £3 general admission/ with concessions for Families, Young Children will get discounts or free entry. We have a 1 pm match and there will be a Bouncy Castle as we had last year.

STUFF

a. No dogs except guide dogs
b. No alcohol allowed to be brought to the ground – team ‘champagne’ celebrations on the pitch are ok. BUT NOT IN THE CHANGING ROOMS under any circumstances
c. Can GT final teams please leave the changing rooms tidy and promptly to allow for the following match.
d. Adver teams advised that if GT/DR goes to extra time, their start may be delayed
e. Home Team changing rooms allocated by SDFL (coin toss)
f. Team colour clash checked. Goalie colour clash advised
g. Check eligibility. Players must have played 4 games, not played in Wilts Premier league or above, not cup-tied, registered before 31-Dec, no uninsured/suspended clubs, players or officials
h. Both teams to bring 2 balls
i. Teams asked if they have ball boys/Mascots who would like to help. the teams enter from a tunnel so it’s really cool
j. Ground open from 09:30
k. Coffee and refreshments are available from the bar from 09:30
l. There is no smoking in the stadium, anyone who wishes to do so needs to step outside the stadium
m. The bar (separate from the stadium) will be open for alcohol from 12:00 but no drinks can be taken into the ground – standard football stadium practice
n. Picnics are allowed. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are provided for sale pitch-side
o. A Physio room is available, but teams need to rely on their own First Aid.

CELEBRATIONS

Get yourselves a photographer for “after the game” pictures with the trophy, sorry you can’t take the trophies away as they have been damaged in the past.
