Division One

Division one see a big clash at the bottom of the table with the bottom two sides facing off against each other.

Both teams go in to the game off double figure losses last weekend and if Swindon AFC can pull out their first win, it will give them their first points of the season and see them swap places with Chiseldon who will take up bottom spot.

At the top of the table, fresh of the back of a 18 goal white wash, Lyneham will be looking to continue their dominance in matches by beating a Wroughton side who are struggling with consistency so far this season.

Else where in the division, with only 1 loss to their name, Sport 4 Pinehurst will be looking to keep the pressure on the league leaders with a victory over mid-table side Haydon Wick.

Like Wroughton, Haydon Wick have failed to pick up any momentum this season with 3 wins, losses and draws to date.
Old Town United having only played 7 games so far this season, are still in with a chance of pushing for the title if they can pick up the wins in their outstanding games. This weekend they travel to Stratton Juniors who are only 4 points ahead of them in 3rd place but have played 3 more games.

We could be in for a goals fest in the Core Construction v Lower Stratton game with Core having scored 21 goals in their last 3 outingss. They are likely to find Lower Stratton a tougher test though as they have picked up 7 points from their last 4 games.

In the final match in the division, New Town All Stars host a Marlborough side that has only managed 7 points from a possible 27 so far. Both sides suffered heavy defeats last weekend  so will be looking to make amends this weekend and build some momentum before the Christmas break arrives.
