CLUB SECRETARIES:
Please study the Rules of the Competition, which appear in the County FA Handbook. In the case of postponed matches, only those players qualified to play on the original date of the match are eligible to play.
If your Club is involved in a County Cup match and your Club has a League fixture, it is your duty to inform the relevant Competition Secretary and your opponents. It is the home clubs responsibility for the payment of the pitch hire, along with the referee fees and expenses, the total cost of which is then split evenly between the home and away teams.
The HOME Club must also give both their opponents and the match officials directions to the ground at least 5 days prior to the fixture date.
The Wiltshire FA Team Sheet (which can be downloaded at www.Wiltshirefa.com/Cups) must be handed to the Referee and to the Opposition 30 minutes prior to kick off in the Referee’s dressing room.
The result of the fixtures should be uploaded to the Full-Time website and Team Sheets should be retained by both Clubs until 31st May in the current Season, in accordance with WCFA Cup Rule 10.
MATCH OFFICIALS
Please accept appointments, by return to the Referee Appointments Officer at RefereeAppointments@WiltshireFA.com. Failure to do so within 7 days would result in the fixture being withdrawn.
Would all Referees please note that, once they have accepted a County Cup Appointment, they hold such an appointment until the match is played and a result obtained. This means that postponed matches are played the following week. Normally, County Cup matches take precedence over League matches (refer to Order of Precedence in the County Handbook).
Match Officials must be on the ground at least 60 minutes prior to kick-off time.
Please ensure that the full-allocated Competition time is played prior to the playing of extra time.
Referees must retain the Team Sheet & Match Result Form until 31st May in the current Season as per WCFA Cup Rule 10.
Match Fee: Referee: £18.00 + 27p per mile travelling
