Clubs have formed, pre-season training is done, the friendlies are over, players have been signed on, kits are washed…It’s time to kick it all off…
This weekend sees the opening of the 2016/2017 SDFL season with some new clubs on display along side some of the well established clubs.
Both of the divisions have been strengthened with the introduction of teams from other local leagues as well as the formation of development squads from some of the bigger semi-pro teams in and around Swindon.
It should prove to be one of the most competitive leagues we have seen in a while and we can’t wait for it all to kick off…
