Up A Ladder Cup & Don Rogers Plate Round Up

With the majority of the remaining games being completed in both the Up A Ladder Cup & Don Rogers Plate competitions this weekend, we now know who will go through to the knockout stages of the competitions.

The draw for the next round will take place tonight, 28th March 2022, with the results to be published at 21:00 so follow our Facebook and Twitter feeds for full updates.

Up A Ladder Cup 

Division 1 winners Chiseldon topped Group A after easing past Premier division Nalgo with a 7-3 victory meaning they will go in to the seeded group for the next round.

Nalgo still have their final cup game to play against Nationwide and the winner of that game next weekend will progress into the unseeded side of the draw.

Also in the seeded group are Group B winners Down Ampney who played out an entertaining 3-3 draw with Priory Vale but went on to win the penalty shoot out 5-4.

Ashton Keynes and Blunsdon are the other seeded teams for the next round whilst Highworth Town Dev and Hatherop are through as runners up.

Don Rogers Plate 2022

Shield & Dagger beat Division 2 unbeaten champions, Pewsey Vale Dev 2-0 to secure top spot in Group E meaning Pewsey Vale crash out in the group stages.

Intel progress in to the next round in to the unseeded side of the draw.

Ramsbury did what was needed to qualify for the next round beating Siddington 3-0 to to take the runners up spot in Group F.

KO Plastering will be on the seeded side of the draw after topping the group H and will be joined by Spectrum, who had secured top spot in Group G before this weekend.

Moredon and Blunsdon Dev battled out for the second spot in Group G and neither side were able to break the deadlock as it finished 0-0. The resulting penalty shoot out saw Blunsdon Dev taking the win after they netted 4 penalties with Moredon only converting 2.

Bassett Bulldogs narrow 2-1 victory over Lower Stratton in Group H left them top of the group whilst leaving Lower Stratton as runners up and in to the unseeded side of the draw.
