Tawny Owl star Gio De Sando couldn’t believe his luck when his free-kick from the half-way line ended up in the back of the net.

It was just one of eight goals scored by Tawny Owl against Swindon Spitfires but it was their first of the game.

The 8-1 win took Tawny Owl five points clear at the top of the Swindon & District League Premier Division.

Also on target for Tawny was Lewis Waldon with three, Jack Allen with two and singles from Danny Cole and Richard Gee.
