Village Inn and Chiseldon played out a 3-3 draw at Sevenfields in what was a very entertaining fixture.

Jack Karpinski gave Chiseldon an early lead before Craig Alexander volleyed home a rebound to level. Both sides were creating chances and it was down to some slack finishing and some good goalkeeping that the scores remained level.

As the half progressed, Luke Robinson fired home a thunderbolt of a shot to score the goal of the game and put Chiseldon in to 2-1 lead which they held on to going in to half time.

Village Inn came out quicker after half time and Ryan Cormack levelled the game up after taking advantage of a mix up in the Chiseldon’s defence.

Chiseldon regained the lead with when a James Lovell header found the back of the net from a corner to give them a 3-2 lead going in to the last 10 minutes.

With the game entering injury time, Village Inn broke quickly and with just seconds left on the clock, Cormack pounced on a Chiseldon mis-kick to slot home in to an empty net to level the game up.
