Premier Division

Swindon Centurians 4 North Swindon 1
No Scorers Given No Scorer Given
With North Swindon second from the bottom of the league table and Swindon Centurians sitting in 8th place, a win was extremely important to both clubs.

The home side got off to the better start, scoring 2 goals in the first half. This would’ve been a great confidence booster for them, having lost their past 5 consecutive matches.

North Swindon came out much stronger in the second half and managed to get themselves back into the game by putting a great goal past the Centurians keeper.

This didn’t last long for North Swindon as the Centurians scored twice in quick succession putting the scoreline at 4-1 as the whistle blew.

Divison One

Stratton Juniors 0 Marlborough 1
Ben Crame
In the only Division One match to go ahead this weekend, Marlborough Reserves managed to secure themselves all 3 points on offer against Stratton Juniors.

Ben Crame’s lone goal was all the club needed to take the win. With a fair few postponed matches and their last win being back in mid January, Marlborough really needed this victory.

Despite this score, Stratton Juniors still sit in 4th position in the league. However, having played more matches than most so far this season, that is likely to change.
